ARCO Beverage Group’s Longstanding Partnership with Reyes Holdings & Harbor Distributing Across Southern California

ARCO Beverage Group has partnered with Reyes Holdings and Harbor Distributing for more than a decade, delivering facilities that support the distributor’s evolving operations across Southern California.

From a nearly 500,000-square-foot distribution headquarters in Huntington Beach to a comprehensive renovation in Santa Fe Springs, ARCO has helped Harbor strengthen the warehouse, cooler, office and fleet-support spaces behind its regional network. Together, the projects reflect a long-term relationship built around the specialized demands of beverage distribution.

As Harbor Distributing’s needs expanded, ARCO Beverage Group delivered a 498,989-square-foot beverage distribution facility and corporate headquarters in Huntington Beach. The campus combines ambient and climate-controlled warehouse space, a 46,950-square-foot draught cooler, point-of-sale and draught repair areas, and a four-bay truck maintenance area.

The project also enhanced site logistics with 10 dock positions, 55 trailer stalls and expanded parking. A 101,158-square-foot office renovation added space for executive, administrative, sales and driver teams, along with a training center, hospitality suite and conference center.

ARCO later returned to support Harbor Distributing with a 355,590-square-foot renovation of its Santa Fe Springs beverage distribution facility. The project updated the 272,260-square-foot warehouse, 27,884-square-foot draught cooler, 25,030-square-foot main office, point-of-sale area and maintenance shop to better serve a high-volume operation.

Interior retrofits were integrated with the existing structure, and durable transitions tied renovated areas to the existing facility. Careful phasing allowed the team to improve circulation, lighting and comfort while maintaining day-to-day workflow continuity. The result is a more connected environment across office, refrigerated and operational areas.

ARCO’s work with Harbor Distributing began with a 26,000-square-foot renovation of the company’s Anaheim office building. The project included a complete interior and exterior renovation, roof replacement, a new entrance canopy and updated landscaping.

To better support Harbor Distributing’s drivers and daily dock activity, the renovation also added a 2,400-square-foot driver check-in and locker room area, along with a new metal canopy over the existing truck dock. Seismic strengthening improvements helped reinforce the building structure, bringing practical operational upgrades together with a refreshed workplace environment.
