ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a new 166,100 SF beverage distribution facility and office for High Country Beverage in Grand Junction, Colorado.
Designed to support High Country Beverage’s continued growth throughout Western Colorado, the new facility combines high-performance distribution capabilities with hospitality-focused spaces tailored to the company’s operations and culture.
The facility features 140,475 SF of conditioned warehouse space with a 32’ clear height, a 10,000 SF draught cooler, 6,450 SF of back-in loading space with canopy coverage and dedicated repack and warehouse office areas to support efficient daily operations. Constructed using concrete tilt-up panels with a structural steel frame, the facility was designed for long-term durability, operational efficiency, and scalability.
In addition to warehouse and distribution operations, the project includes a 4,530 SF office and hospitality suite, a 3,385 SF point-of-sale area, and a covered patio space.
The project reflects the evolving demands of modern beverage distribution facilities, combining operational efficiency, flexibility, and hospitality-focused spaces to support High Country Beverage’s long-term growth throughout Western Colorado.
The Grand Junction facility marks ARCO’s third successful project with High Country Beverage, including the construction of a 134,462-square-foot facility in Johnstown, Colorado, as well as its subsequent expansion that added 125,400-square-feet to the building.
