Designed and built for Harbor Distributing, this project is a 360,000-total-square-foot beverage distribution facility renovation.
This project consists of an approximately 360,000 SF beverage distribution facility renovation for Harbor Distributing in Santa Fe Springs, California, focused on upgrading operational, refrigerated, and administrative spaces within an active distribution environment. The renovated facility includes an approximately 270,000 SF warehouse designed with a 30-foot clear height to support high-volume beverage storage and material handling.
Temperature-controlled and support areas include an approximately 30,000 SF draught cooler, a 30,000 SF main office, a 10,000 SF POS area, and a 10,000 SF maintenance shop, all integrated to support daily distribution, sales operations, and fleet and equipment servicing. The renovation was coordinated to improve circulation, operational efficiency, and space utilization while maintaining continuity of distribution operations.
The project was executed to modernize a large-scale beverage distribution facility, increase refrigerated capacity, and enhance office and support functions while maintaining structural durability and long-term operational performance.
