ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a 253,200 SF beverage distributorship for Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Weslaco, Texas. The facility features more than 220,000 SF of temperature-controlled warehouse space with 36-foot clear heights, constructed with insulated concrete tilt-up panels and a conventional steel structure to support long-term durability and operational efficiency.
This project marks ARCO’s second partnership with Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, following the successful delivery of a 115,000 SF distributorship in Odessa, Texas.

Weslaco Facility:
The 253,200 SF beverage distribution facility includes 210,000 SF of controlled temperature warehouse space, a 22,100 SF corporate office, and a 590 SF warehouse office. The facility features an 8,500 SF draught cooler, a 7,900 SF back-in loading area, and a 6,950 SF point-of-sale area with an additional 3,100 SF point-of-sale canopy.
Operational spaces include a 6,000 SF dunnage pad, a 3,350 SF training room, a 1,200 SF repack area, and a 1,080 SF sign shop. The building is constructed with insulated concrete tilt-up panels and a conventional steel structure, offering long-term durability and operational flexibility.
The warehouse features 36-foot clear heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, 40 battery charging stations, and 27 dock positions to support efficient product handling and distribution.
Odessa Facility:
ARCO Beverage Group previously completed a 115,000 SF beverage distribution facility and office for Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Odessa, Texas. The facility features 75,673 SF of controlled temperature warehouse space, a 10,000 SF draught cooler, 5,497 SF point-of-sale area, and a 592 SF draught repair area. Operational highlights include a 4,550 SF back-in loading area, 11 dock positions with hydraulic levelers, and 30-foot unobstructed clear heights.
The 2,288 SF hospitality room enhances the customer experience, while LED lighting throughout supports energy efficiency. The facility was designed with future growth in mind, offering accommodations for expansions to support long-term operational needs.
