ARCO Beverage Group recently completed two office renovation projects for Gold Coast Beverage, part of Reyes Beer Division, in Florida. The projects enhance both the functionality and experience of Gold Coast’s facilities in Pompano Beach and Doral.
These projects build upon ARCO’s previous work for Gold Coast Beverage, including the successful completion of a 250,000 SF beverage distribution facility expansion at the Pompano Beach facility. That project featured insulated tilt-up wall panels, an R-24 built-up roof, and was delivered without disruption to ongoing facility operations.
Gold Coast Beverage, the largest beer wholesaler in Florida and a key business within ARCO repeat client Reyes Holdings, continues to invest in high-performance facilities that support both operational efficiency and an elevated employee and customer experience.
Pompano Beach Office:
ARCO delivered a 35,390 SF two-story office renovation, including a 4,030 SF office expansion across both floors. The upgraded lobby features a striking 24-foot-tall frameless curtain wall system, a 2,360 SF expansion open to the second floor above, and a custom 26’ x 24’ x 30’ aquarium serving as a centerpiece. Additional amenities include a 2,245 SF bar and meeting space and a 3,650 SF hospitality and training room. Exterior improvements feature an architectural roof overhang with a wood soffit, along with LED lighting throughout.
Doral Office:
In Doral, the 5,850 SF office renovation includes a fully upgraded lobby with polished concrete floors and a new reception desk, along with a 3,300 SF hospitality suite equipped with glass garage doors that open to an expansive 2,200 SF entry patio. The outdoor space features a permanent canopy and a bar, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience for events and gatherings.
