ARCO COMPLETES STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY FOR GLAZER’S BEER & BEVERAGE

ARCO Beverage Group is thrilled to have recently completed a 115,000 SF distribution facility for Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Odessa, TX. Glazer’s Beer & Beverage’s new state-of-the-art facility will serve as a regional distribution, sales and marketing center for its product portfolio including beer and other beverages. It will allow for the expansion of new product lines and additional offerings to customers.
The new distributorship includes a 75,673 SF controlled temperature warehouse, 10,000 SF draught cooler, 5,497 SF POS area and 2,288 SF hospitality room. Accommodations for future expansions were also included.
Designed by ARCO’s architectural partner, GMA Architects, the Glazer’s Beer & Beverage brand played a key role in the overall design of the project. The signature blue from the company’s logo was used as an accent paint color throughout. A unique recessed entry with a curved top was also incorporated, perfectly framing the Glazer’s Beer & Beverage logo on the exterior of the building.
This is Glazer’s Beer & Beverage’s 11th distribution facility and will service suppliers from 17 counties throughout West Texas.
