ARCO CELEBRATES COMPLETION OF NEW BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTORSHIP FOR ADAMS BEVERAGES
ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a 113,862 SF beverage distributorship for repeat client Adams Beverages of NC, LLC! Located in Leland, North Carolina, the facility features a 5,511 SF draught cooler, 80,291 SF CEW, 4,942 SF back-in loading area, 6,000 SF cooperage canopy, 3,267 SF maintenance building, 3,509 SF POS area, and a 10,342 SF office. This is the third project ARCO and Adams Beverages have partnered to complete including an 83,450 SF distributorship renovation and a 91,530 SF distributorship expansion.
