BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTORSHIP FOR
GLAZER’S BEER & BEVERAGE
ARCO recently completed a 253,200 SF beverage distributorship for Glazer’s Beer & Beverage, a leading malt beverage distribution, sales, and marketing organization. Located in Weslaco, Texas, the project features insulated concrete tilt-up exterior and a conventional steel structure with over 220,000 SF of temperature-controlled warehouse space and 36’ clear height.
This is the second distributorship ARCO and Glazer’s Beer & Beverage have partnered on, having previously completed a 115,000 SF distributorship in Odessa, Texas. Check out the Odessa facility here.
