CAPITOL BEVERAGE PARTNERS WITH ARCO ON DISTRIBUTORSHIP UPGRADES
ARCO Beverage Group is thrilled to have partnered with Capitol Beverage Sales L.P. on their recent distribution facility expansion and renovation in Rogers, MN! In spite of challenges including potential winter weather conditions and market escalations, ARCO Beverage Group was able to successfully complete the project through careful monitoring, planning and phasing. We worked with the Capitol Beverage team to not only make accommodations for the distributorship to remain operational during construction but also to deliver this project 2 months ahead of schedule, producing the best possible customer experience.

From the very beginning stages, ARCO focused on meeting the needs of our business. The internal planning process for our project took about two years. During that time, ARCO monitored and continually reported material and labor cost escalations within the industry. This helped ensure that we were able to complete each phase of the project at an appropriate time without sacrificing quality.
In addition to focusing on the needs of our business, ARCO also prioritized completing our project on time. Because we are located in Minnesota, we potentially faced working through difficult winter conditions which could have posed significant scheduling and budget challenges. However, the ARCO team was able to take advantage of an unseasonably warm spring and begin construction two months ahead of schedule. Not only did this allow for project phasing milestones to be met within our existing facility, but it also resulted in our overall project finishing two months earlier than anticipated.
ARCO's flexibility and careful coordination of construction activities also played a major role in the success of our project. Because construction was taking place within our existing facility, it was important that we be able to remain operational. ARCO worked with our team on a daily basis to ensure that construction activities did not interfere with our business operations, allowing us to continue providing excellent service to our customers throughout the entire project.
Overall, working with ARCO was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their dedication to meeting our needs and providing us with an upgraded facility that works for our business resulted in not only a great finished product, but a seamless construction experience.
