ARCO COMPLETES BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION FACILITY EXPANSION FOR WAYNE DENSCH, INC.
ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a 62,250 SF beverage distribution facility expansion for Wayne Densch, Inc. a top distributor of alcoholic beverages in the Central Florida region. Located in Sanford, FL, the state-of-the-art facility significantly increased the company’s distribution capabilities with a 41,250 SF controlled-environment warehouse, a 2,000 SF draught cooler, and 32’ clear height. The facility also includes a 21,000 SF corporate office, featuring employee amenities and a 5,600 SF hospitality room. ARCO is proud to have partnered with Wayne Densch on this successful project completion!
