In the concept and design stage, we offer our clients options for incorporating green building practices and provide a cost analysis to clarify the impact on the project budget and life cycle buy back. During construction, we assist owners in developing and implementing environmentally responsible jobsites with waste and indoor air quality management plans.
When construction is complete, ARCO has the experience to assist our customers through the LEED® certification process. We employ several LEED® Accredited Professionals who will coordinate and review the project’s design and develop a Green Building checklist to access the environmental impact from the day we break ground to the moment we hand over the keys.
