Designed and built for Standard Beverage, this project is a 83,000-total-square-foot beverage distribution facility.

This 83,000 SF beverage distribution facility and corporate office is designed to support both logistics operations and administrative functions in a unified, purpose-built space. The building includes a 57,000 SF ambient warehouse and a 26,000 SF corporate office featuring interior glass partitions to enhance transparency and collaboration. A 3,000 SF hospitality suite and 2,800 SF graphics room provide dedicated space for brand engagement and marketing functions.

Constructed with a conventional steel structure and uninsulated tilt-up panels on spread footings, the facility features a 32’ clear height to accommodate modern warehousing needs. Logistics are supported by six dock positions and two drive-in doors, ensuring flexible shipping and receiving capabilities.

The building is finished with a thin brick veneer façade that provides a refined exterior aesthetic. A decorative hospitality patio enhances the client experience, complete with a pergola, water feature, fire pits, and stamped concrete for added visual appeal and functionality.
