RMC Distributing

Designed and built for RMC Distributing, this project is a 115,200-total-square-foot beverage distribution facility renovation and expansion.

This state-of-the-art beverage distribution center combines major renovations with new construction to deliver a modern, high-performance facility that enhances both operations and client experience. The building program includes a 16,638 SF draught cooler, 4,314 SF point-of-sale area, 2,336 SF draught repair area, and 1,971 SF repack space to support product handling and merchandising. A new 8,400 SF enclosed loading area, 6,800 SF dunnage canopy, and 14 dock positions streamline receiving and delivery logistics.

The office component includes an 11,400 SF renovation and a 17,300 SF addition featuring a 6,090 SF executive second story and a 4,098 SF hospitality suite with a focal bar, patio, and glass sectional door for enhanced client engagement. Additional amenities include a 642 SF workout room, 1,024 SF break room, and 2,504 SF open sales area, promoting collaboration and employee well-being.

With a 24’6” clear height in the controlled-temperature warehouse, the facility maximizes storage capacity while maintaining operational efficiency. The exposed-structure office design, polished concrete floors, grand staircase, and LED lighting throughout create an elevated and modern aesthetic aligned with RMC’s reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
