ARCO Beverage Group recently completed construction of a 148,881 SF beverage distribution facility and office for Heart of America Beverage in Republic, Missouri.
The new facility features 78,414 SF of controlled temperature warehouse space, a 10,697 SF draught cooler, 7,807 SF cooperage canopy, and a 16,707 SF drive-thru. It also includes a 26,334 SF office with amenities such as a hospitality room, break room, dock office, board room, and open sales area. Additional operational spaces include a 6,485 SF point-of-sale area, 1,799 SF repack space, and 638 SF draught repair room.
The facility is equipped with ten dock positions with vertical levelers, a hospitality bar, energy-efficient LED lighting throughout, and 28’ clear heights in the controlled temperature warehouse.
After originally pursuing a traditional design-bid-build approach, the Heart of America Beverage team engaged ARCO for our proven design-build delivery, resulting in significant cost savings and enhanced operational functionality.
