Premium Waters

Designed and built for Premium Waters, this 259,000-square-foot FDA-certified water processing facility sets the standard for efficiency, safety, and scalability. The building is constructed with a load-bearing tilt-up concrete structure and engineered roof system to support heavy process piping and electrical distribution. A 6” domestic water service ensures reliable supply for production needs, while the ESFR fire protection system with a 100 HP fire pump provides comprehensive safety coverage.

The 259,000 SF Jackson facility includes a 5,000 SF administrative and shipping office with space reserved for future expansion. In addition, the building is designed to accommodate up to 100,000 SF of additional expansion space as operations grow. Logistics are supported by 26 hydraulic dock positions with truck restraint systems and 9’x10’ dock doors, along with a 20’x18’ drive-in door that allows for oversized deliveries and equipment access. The facility is equipped with an energy-efficient LED lighting system, as well as specialized foundations to isolate bottling equipment and support exterior water storage silos. Power is provided by an 8,000-amp, 480/277-volt electrical service, ensuring reliable capacity for large-scale operations. Together, these features create a robust infrastructure designed to deliver smooth logistics, efficient energy use, and long-term operational performance.
