Wayne Densch
BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTION FACILITY IN SANFORD, FL
Designed and built for Wayne Densch, this project is a 62,250-total-square-foot beverage distribution facility.
This 62,250 SF beverage distribution facility expansion enhances operational capacity while integrating dedicated corporate, logistics, and hospitality functions. The project includes a 21,000 SF corporate office, a 41,250 SF controlled environment warehouse (CEW), and a 5,600 SF hospitality room designed to support client engagement and brand experience.
Operational efficiency is further supported by a 2,000 SF draught cooler for temperature-controlled product storage and a 1,900 SF dock office positioned to streamline shipping and receiving workflows. Constructed using insulated tilt-up concrete panels, the facility achieves long-term durability and energy efficiency while maintaining a 32’ clear height for optimal vertical storage.
One of the project’s most complex elements involved expanding adjacent to an existing 24’ clear height pre-engineered metal building (PEMB), requiring precise coordination to ensure structural continuity and operational safety. The expansion also includes the addition of a new fuel island, enhancing on-site fleet servicing capabilities and minimizing downtime.
