Hoffman Beverage

Designed and built for Hoffman Beverage, this project is a 220,000 total-square-foot beverage distribution facility and office renovation and expansion.

This project consists of an approximately 220,000 SF beverage distribution facility and office renovation and expansion, executed to increase controlled environment capacity and modernize operational and corporate spaces. The scope includes a 120,000 SF CEW expansion constructed with Thermomass tilt-up concrete panels and conventional steel joists and girders, along with a 30,000 SF draught cooler to support refrigerated beverage operations.

Renovation of the existing facility includes approximately 80,000 SF of CEW conversion and upgrades, incorporating fleet maintenance, POS, sign shop, and draught repair functions integrated into the warehouse layout. The project also includes a 20,000 SF two-story office expansion with dedicated hospitality space, open office areas, and supporting amenities, along with renovation of existing first-floor office space.

The CEW is designed with a 32-foot clear height and is supported by twenty dock positions with vertical storing dock levelers, improving loading efficiency and safety. A suspended catwalk system provides direct access from the office through the draught cooler and CEW, supporting operational oversight and circulation. Architectural office finishes include brick façade elements, tile flooring, a hospitality bar, a two-story slide, and an exterior office patio.

Additional improvements include LED lighting throughout new areas and construction of an onsite fuel island to support fleet operations. The project was engineered to expand cold storage capacity, improve logistics flow, and deliver a modernized office environment integrated directly with warehouse operations.
