High Country Beverage

Designed and built for High Country Beverage, this project is a 170,000-total-square-feet beverage distribution facility and office.

This project consists of an approximately 170,000 SF beverage distribution facility and office designed to support controlled-temperature storage, draught operations, and administrative functions. The facility includes an approximately 140,000 SF controlled temperature warehouse (CTW), a 10,000 SF draught cooler, and supporting warehouse and loading areas integrated into the operational layout.

Administrative and support spaces include an approximately 5,000 SF office and hospitality suite, a warehouse office, a point-of-sale area, and a repack area. The facility also includes an approximately 10,000 SF back-in loading area with canopy and a covered exterior patio area supporting employee and guest use.

The building is constructed using tilt-up concrete with a steel frame and is designed with a 32-foot clear height to support palletized storage and material handling. The project was engineered to deliver an integrated beverage distribution operation with controlled-temperature performance, functional support spaces, and durable industrial construction.
