ARCO COMPLETES EXPANSION FOR HIGH COUNTRY BEVERAGE IN JOHNSTOWN, COLORADO
ARCO Beverage Group is thrilled to complete a beverage distributorship expansion for High Country Beverage in Johnstown, Colorado! ARCO built the original facility in 2017, and this addition brings the total square footage of the building to nearly 260,000 SF.
The expanded 125,400 SF CTW features a steel structure with insulated tilt-up concrete wall panels, five new dock positions, LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, and 32′ clear height. Constructed using ARCO’s best-in-class design build delivery method, this project was designed to be split into four tenant spaces, each with sub-metering.
