ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a 125,400 SF controlled temperature warehouse expansion for High Country Beverage in Johnstown, Colorado. The project brings the total facility size to nearly 260,000 SF, supporting the continued growth of northern Colorado’s largest beer distributor.
The expansion features a steel structure with insulated tilt-up concrete wall panels, 32-foot clear heights, five new dock positions, LED lighting throughout, and an ESFR sprinkler system. Designed for flexibility, the warehouse can be divided into four separate tenant spaces, each with individual sub-metering.
This project marks ARCO’s second partnership with High Country Beverage, following the successful delivery of the original facility in 2017. Leveraging ARCO’s proven design-build delivery method, the team provided a streamlined, cost-effective solution that supports both current operations and future growth.
