Heart of America Beverage

Designed and built for Heart of America Beverage, this project is a 148,881-total-square-foot beverage distribution facility located in Republic, Missouri.

This 148,881 SF facility was purpose-built to support efficient product handling, storage, and distribution while providing a modern and engaging workplace for staff and visitors alike. The building includes 78,414 SF of controlled temperature warehouse (CTW) space, a 10,697 SF draught cooler, and a 7,807 SF cooperage canopy designed to accommodate keg storage and handling operations. Additional warehouse areas include a 6,485 SF point-of-sale space, a 16,707 SF drive-thru, a 1,799 SF repack area, and a 638 SF draught repair room.

The 26,334 SF office component features a 2,461 SF hospitality room and a 1,383 SF employee break room, complemented by dedicated spaces such as a 1,856 SF dock office, a 1,235 SF sign shop, a 2,115 SF open sales area, and a 564 SF board room. A hospitality bar and outdoor amenities further enhance the client experience and promote brand engagement.

With ten dock positions featuring vertical levelers, a 28’ clear height in the warehouse, and energy-efficient LED lighting throughout, the facility was designed to optimize functionality and sustainability. The result is a state-of-the-art distribution center that reflects Heart of America Beverage’s commitment to operational excellence and customer service.
