Gold Coast Beverage

Designed and built for Gold Coast Beverage, this project is a 40,000-total-square-foot two-story office renovation.

This project consists of an approximately 40,000 SF renovation of a two-story office facility for Gold Coast Beverage in Pompano Beach, Florida, focused on expanding office capacity and creating high-impact client and employee spaces. The scope includes an approximately 4,000 SF first- and second-floor office expansion, integrated into the existing structure to improve functionality and circulation.

The building entrance was upgraded with a 24-foot-tall frameless curtain wall system, providing natural light and a clear visual identity. Interior improvements include an approximately 3,000 SF bar and meeting space, a 4,000 SF hospitality and training room, and a 2,000 SF lobby expansion that is open to the second floor above, creating a multi-story entry experience. A centerpiece feature of the lobby is a 26-foot by 24-foot by 30-foot aquarium, structurally coordinated within the space.

Additional upgrades include LED lighting throughout to improve energy efficiency and visibility, along with an architectural roof overhang with wood soffit to enhance the exterior façade. The renovation was executed to modernize the facility, support administrative growth, and provide durable, high-quality spaces for training, hospitality, and client engagement.
