Designed and built for Gold Coast Beverage, this project is a 6,000-total-square-foot office renovation.

This project consists of an approximately 6,000 SF office renovation for Gold Coast Beverage in Doral, Florida, designed to modernize administrative and hospitality spaces while improving functionality and durability. The scope focused on upgrading both interior and exterior areas to support daily operations, client engagement, and hosted events.

The project includes an approximately 2,000 SF entry patio constructed with a permanent canopy and outdoor bar, providing a covered exterior space for gatherings and informal meetings. Interior renovations include a 1,000 SF lobby featuring polished concrete flooring and a new reception desk, creating a clean, durable, and efficient entry experience.

A key component of the renovation is an approximately 3,000 SF hospitality suite designed for flexible use. The suite features glass garage doors that open directly to the entry patio, allowing seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The renovation was executed to enhance usability, durability, and flow while delivering a modernized environment that supports both operational needs and client-facing functions.
