Glazer's Beer & Beverage

Designed and built for Glazer's Beer & Beverage, this project is a 120,000-total-square-foot beverage distribution center and office.

This project consists of an approximately 120,000 SF beverage distribution center and office for Glazer’s Beer & Beverage in Odessa, Texas, designed to support controlled-temperature storage, draught operations, and regional distribution. The facility includes an approximately 80,000 SF controlled-temperature warehouse, a 10,000 SF draught cooler, and supporting operational spaces for sales, maintenance, and loading functions.

The warehouse is designed with a 30-foot unobstructed clear height, allowing efficient palletized storage and material handling. Shipping and receiving operations are supported by eleven dock positions equipped with hydraulic dock levelers, enabling efficient inbound and outbound logistics. Interior systems include LED lighting throughout the facility to improve visibility and energy efficiency.

Additional program elements include areas dedicated to POS operations, draught repair, back-in loading, fire and electrical rooms, and a hospitality room, all integrated into the operational layout. The facility was planned with accommodations for future expansion, allowing scalability as distribution demands increase. The project delivers a durable, efficient beverage distribution environment tailored to controlled-temperature and draught beverage operations.
