DrinkPAK

Designed and built for DrinkPAK, this project is a 1,400,000-total-square-foot beverage manufacturing facility tenant improvement to an existing speculative warehouse.

The expansive 1,400,000 SF facility in Fort Worth, Texas, was designed to support large-scale production and distribution of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including energy drinks, sodas, waters, hard seltzers, and canned cocktails. Central to the operation is an 80,000 SF production area featuring two advanced production lines, quality control and lab space, and dedicated mixing areas, ensuring precision and consistency across product types. The facility also includes a 33,000 SF production office, a 13,000 SF general office, and an 11,500 SF 40°F cooler for temperature-sensitive storage and handling.

High-capacity equipment defines the operation, with one high-acid production line capable of 1,600 cans per minute and an automated variety pack line producing 1,200 cans per minute. To power this large-scale production environment, the facility is equipped with three 3,000-amp electrical services and high-bay warehouse lighting, providing reliable infrastructure for continuous operations. With capacity for additional production lines, the facility is positioned to accommodate future growth and evolving market demands.

Executed as a comprehensive design-build tenant improvement, the project integrates architectural, structural, and MEP systems tailored to the client’s needs. The result is a world-class beverage production facility that balances operational efficiency with flexibility, positioning DrinkPAK as a leader in high-volume, diversified beverage manufacturing.
