ARCO COMPLETES RENOVATION FOR COASTAL BEVERAGE CO.
ARCO recently completed a 9,050 SF beverage distributorship renovation for repeat client, Coastal Beverage Company! Located in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, the project features an open concept sales area, new conference rooms, office space converted from a storage area, and a hospitality suite with a focal millwork wall, kitchenette, and new restrooms. The light finishes and hints of blue bring a coastal state of mind to the new space! Sitework completed includes new parking for 30 tractor trailers, new automatic gates and site lighting, a new patio with perimeter fencing, and new landscaping.
The Elizabeth City facility is the second construction project ARCO and Coastal have completed together – the first was in Wilmington, NC. The 173,668 SF new beverage distribution facility features a CTW, draught cooler, repack area, back-in loading bays, cart storage, two-story office, and maintenance building.
