“Nearly four years ago, Coastal Beverage Company, Inc. was faced with a difficult decision – whether we should add additional space to our existing warehouse or buy property for the purpose of building a new facility. After an incredible amount of thought and work from our management team and through partnership with the consulting firm Precision Distribution Consultants, the decision was made to sell two of our existing warehouses and build one large distribution center to service those territories.
This investment would be a big one for our ownership, but one we believed would allow us to better serve our employees and customers. As I write this letter now, I can say making the decision to build was one of the best decisions we have made as a company in our over sixty-year history in business. And if not for the partnership we formed with ARCO through the design and build phases of this project, I’m not sure I would have been able to make this statement.
