Beverage South

Designed and built for Beverage South, this project is a 69,604-total-square-foot beverage distribution facility expansion & renovation.

This 69,604 SF expansion and renovation project for Beverage South’s West Columbia facility enhances both capacity and functionality to support the company’s growing operations. The work included a 43,751 SF warehouse expansion to accommodate increased product volume, an 8,299 SF dunnage canopy for improved materials handling, and a 4,065 SF draught cooler expansion to better manage temperature-sensitive inventory. Inside, the project delivered a 3,161 SF employee lounge converted from the former POS area, along with a 2,670 SF office renovation that created more modern and efficient work environments.

To strengthen logistics, the facility now features 10 additional dock positions, supported by structural reinforcement and foundation under pinning. Durable construction methods such as conventional steel roof framing and insulated concrete tilt-up panels were incorporated to ensure long-term reliability and energy efficiency.

Completed through phased scheduling, the project allowed day-to-day distribution activities to continue without disruption. The finished facility provides Beverage South with expanded storage, modernized offices, and improved operational flow, equipping the company to meet current demand while preparing for future growth.
