ARCO Beverage Group partnered with Beverage South to complete a large-scale expansion and renovation of its West Columbia, South Carolina distribution facility, enhancing operations, increasing storage capacity, and reinforcing the company’s commitment to customer service and growth.

The expansion and renovation added 69,600 square feet of new and improved space, including a 43,750 SF warehouse expansion, an 8,300 SF dunnage canopy, and a 4,065 SF draught cooler expansion.

Additionally, the former POS area was converted into a 3,160 SF training and development area, and 2,670 SF of office space was fully renovated to provide a modern, collaborative environment for staff. The project also included 10 new dock positions.

Construction was carefully phased to allow the facility to remain fully operational throughout, ensuring uninterrupted service and continued efficiency for Beverage South’s growing operations.
