ARCO COMPLETES CONSTRUCTION OF BELLAVANCE BEVERAGE CO. HEADQUARTERS FEATURING NEW HAMPSHIRE’S LARGEST SOLAR ARRAY
ARCO is thrilled to complete construction on Bellavance Beverage Co.’s new headquarters in Londonderry, NH! The 145,707 SF beverage distribution facility breaks records with New Hampshire’s largest rooftop solar array. The 1.16 megawatt solar system consists of over 3,000 panels and will generate 1.3 million kilowatt hours of clean energy, which is more than enough to cover the building’s energy needs while cutting costs and carbon pollution. Around 15% of the energy produced is fed back to the grid where it benefits the local community and contributes to a sustainable grid for the future. The distributorship features a controlled environment warehouse at over 100,000 SF, which will house Bellavance’s wide selection of alcoholic beverages including craft, imported, and domestic beer, cider, seltzer, cocktails, and wine as well as non-alcoholic beverages. With a separate draught cooler, point-of-sale area, repack area, sign shop, truck maintenance area, hospitality suite, and both warehouse and corporate offices, Bellavance has optimal space to support their growing business for years to come.
