AriZona Beverages

Designed and built for AriZona Beverages, this project is a 620,000-square-foot beverage production and bottling facility.

This project consists of an approximately 620,000 SF production and bottling facility designed to support high-volume manufacturing and filling operations. The building includes extensive infrastructure to accommodate process-intensive systems, material handling, and large-scale distribution.

The facility features a Ductilcrete floor slab system, providing enhanced load capacity and durability with controlled joints limited to column lines, supporting heavy equipment and continuous production operations. Shipping and receiving operations are supported by forty-five dock positions, enabling high-throughput logistics.

Electrical infrastructure includes a 30,000 KVA primary electrical service, sized to support production equipment and plant operations. Process systems include modular boiler units for steam generation associated with filling operations and a modular central utility building (CUB) providing chilled water and condenser water for both process and HVAC cooling.

A dedicated interior engine room for blow molding operations was constructed, including full integration of supporting infrastructure such as electrical distribution, compressed air systems, chilled water, and condenser water systems. The facility was engineered to deliver a high-capacity, process-driven manufacturing environment with durable floor systems, robust utilities, and efficient logistics support.
