ARCO Beverage Group recently completed a new 83,000 SF Class A office and distribution warehouse for repeat client Standard Beverage Corporation! Located in Lenexa, Kansas, the facility features a 26,000 SF corporate office, 57,000 SF ambient warehouse, 3,000 SF corporate training/hospitality suite, and 2,800 SF graphics room. Additional features include a conventional steel structure with tilt-up construction, 32’ clear height, a thin brick veneer façade, and a decorative hospitality patio with pergola, fire pits, rock water feature, and stamped concrete.
This is the second project ARCO and Standard Beverage have partnered on, having previously completed a 117,880 SF beverage expansion project located in Lawrence, KS.
