ARCO Beverage Group is proud to partner with Healy Wholesale Company, Inc. on a new beer distribution facility currently under construction in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The project includes an 81,905-square-foot distribution facility constructed with insulated concrete tilt-wall panels and steel frame, including 2,264 square feet of office space and a 4,555-square-foot loading/dunnage canopy, designed to support efficient operations and distribution workflows.
The new building will support a 49,000-case distribution capacity and include significant site redevelopment, with demolition of existing buildings and pavement to accommodate the new facility layout.
