Designed and built for Adams Beverages, this project is a 113,862-total-square-foot beverage distribution facility.

This 113,862 SF beverage distribution facility is purpose-built to support efficient operations and deliver a high-end client experience. The building features 80,320 SF of controlled environment warehouse (CEW) space and a 5,511 SF draught cooler for temperature-sensitive product storage. A 4,942 SF back-in loading area and fifteen dock positions facilitate streamlined distribution and delivery.

The 10,313 SF office includes a hospitality room, bar, and patio area designed to enhance client interactions and employee amenities. Additional program spaces include a 3,267 SF maintenance building, a 3,509 SF point-of-sale area, and a 6,000 SF cooperage canopy to support repackaging and keg-handling operations.

Constructed using a combination of insulated and uninsulated tilt-up concrete panels with conventional steel roof framing, the facility features a 32’ clear height to maximize storage capacity. A tumbled thin-brick façade at the office exterior adds architectural interest and aligns with the brand’s commitment to quality and attention to detail.
