ARCO Beverage Group is partnering with High Country Beverage, a premier, family-owned distributor of beer and beverages in Colorado, on the design and construction of a new 166,000 SF beverage distribution facility and office in Grand Junction, Colorado.

Strategically located with convenient access to I-70, the new facility will enhance High Country’s ability to serve customers across the Western Slope. The project will include a 143,000 SF temperature-controlled warehouse, a 10,000 SF draught cooler, a 7,000 SF back-in loading area with canopy, and a 3,000 SF point-of-sale space.

The facility will also feature a 6,000 SF office, including employee-focused amenities such as a 1,000 SF hospitality room with a bar and patio access. A 1,500 SF mezzanine proprietor suite will offer two commute rooms, a kitchenette, a restroom, and an open office space.

This project builds on the success of ARCO and High Country Beverage’s previous collaboration in Johnstown, Colorado, where the team delivered a combined 260,000 SF across two phases. The projects included a 135,000 SF new beverage distribution facility, office, and truck maintenance garage, as well as a 125,000 SF temperature-controlled warehouse expansion.
