ARCO COMPLETES THIRD PROJECT FOR S.R. PERROTT, INC.
ARCO Beverage Group is excited to have partnered with S.R. Perrott on their beverage distribution facility in Ormond Beach, Florida! ARCO has been involved throughout the evolution of the facility, constructing the original 107,146 SF distributorship, followed by a 22,300 SF office expansion, and finally this 38,732 SF CTW expansion. ARCO completed our original distribution facility in 2014 and subsequent office expansion in 2016. Most recently in 2020, we partnered together to complete a CTW expansion, bringing our headquarters to over 168,000 square feet. From the beginning, it was apparent that ARCO was dedicated to understanding not only the project at hand, but also our business as a whole and how to best accommodate our future growth. Because of their expertise and knowledge of the beverage industry, they were able to provide solutions that saved time and overall cost, all while keeping our business' best interests in mind.

• 25 fc Level Lighting at 3’ Above Finish Floor Through High-Bay LED Light Fixtures with Motion Sensors
